Location : North Carolina(Hybrid)

Minimum 9+ Years of Experience required.

JD:

ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB, and will work closely with platform architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and testing.

Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.
