About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in Telecom domain expertise to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you'll play a vital role in designing, implementing, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack ServiceNow Developer with Telecom domain expertise, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including customizations, integrations, and automation workflows
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Executing requirement sessions with clients, documenting technical requirements, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Implementing and configuring ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB, TNI, and applications, as well as complex integrations with multiple data sources
  • Developing and implementing REST/ API, Service Graph connectors for data ingestions from various data sources to ServiceNow
  • Designing and implementing integration solutions using REST API web services, leveraging expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Ansible integrations for automation and provisioning use cases
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Telecom and Network Architecture, including OSS, BSS systems, and their integration with ServiceNow
  • Designing and implementing client-facing solutions leveraging enterprise software, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric experiences
  • Collaborating with the team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing best practices, and driving innovation in ServiceNow development

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong background in Telecom domain expertise
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including customizations, integrations, and automation workflows
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB, TNI, and applications, as well as complex integrations with multiple data sources
  • Experience in REST/ API, Service Graph connectors for data ingestions from various data sources to ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and Ansible integrations for automation and provisioning use cases
  • Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using REST API web services
  • Ability to configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform
  • ITIL Certification, ServiceNow certification (ITSM, CSM) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in Core ServiceNow Platform Customizations
  • Experience in application development and Core JAVA programming skills
  • Experience in integrations utilizing Integration HUB spokes, Integrations with 3rd party and Micro Services
  • Experience in flow designer configurations for workflows
  • Experience in playbook configurations
  • Fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, Shell scripting, Active Directory
