Location: Forum Place 555 Walnut St, Harrisburg PA

Duration: 7+ Months

Note:

Hybrid role -- requiring on-site presence two days per week, or as needed** Local candidates only!

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week position

Skill

Hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.

Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM, Source2Pay).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS- ITSM, HRSD, Discovery)

Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer.

Understanding of CMDB and Discovery.

Knowledge of Employee Service Portal and custom widget development
