We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Solutions Developer who can make an impact by designing innovative technical solutions and enhancing user experiences within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and mentor your peers, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Engage in the design and review of cutting-edge technical solutions and system architecture.
- Create user-focused workflows and intuitive interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Work alongside fellow developers and architects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks that may arise.
- Assist with troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and maintaining platform stability.
- Diagnose and debug existing solutions to enhance functionality.
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow best practices, trends, and features.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various ServiceNow modules and systems.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
- Embrace other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect.
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs or other methods.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a must.
