ConfigureTek is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team as a full-time employee. This role requires deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and maturing enterprise-grade solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines, including (but not limited to) ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM), guiding organizations through CSDM implementation, adoption, and ongoing maturity.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to internal team members, supporting their growth and effectiveness in ServiceNow roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing, and sustainable ServiceNow architectures.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive, hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions across a broad range of modules and use cases.
• Proven expertise in CSDM strategy, implementation, and governance.
• Strong ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members on best practices, platform capabilities, and solution design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) strongly preferred (not required).
