Conduct regular project meetings, report progress, and escalate issues or risks as necessary.

Oversee and document vendor performance to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Technical and Configuration Verification

Review and verify ServiceNow ITSM configurations, ensuring compliance with CSDM 4.0+ and the State’s business requirements.

Validate integration and data flows between ServiceNow, Active Directory, and M365.

Review technical designs, workflows, and test results for accuracy and adherence to standards.
Deliverable and Quality Assurance

Conduct formal audits of each deliverable for compliance with the SOW acceptance criteria.

This role will act as a specialized subject matter expert (SME) and liaison between the State’s internal project teams and the contracted vendor. The consultant will ensure that the implementation aligns with the State’s enterprise architecture, technical standards, and operational requirements—facilitating a smooth and successful transition for all state agencies.
