Position: ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Burbank, CA (Onsite )

Platform configuration

The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate ensures optimal platform performance, user satisfaction, and alignment with IT service management (ITSM) best practices.

Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, roles, and permissions.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

Perform system configurations, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.

Ensure platform stability, including patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and deliver ServiceNow solutions.

Maintain data integrity and regularly audit the CMDB and other critical tables.
