This job supports the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at DISA, managing servers, networks, storage systems, and containers while monitoring system performance.

The candidate will configure firewalls, VPNs, implement access controls, and ensure compliance with security policies. They will assist in development, standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
