About the Role:

We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Integration Specialists who have strong expertise in integrating ServiceNow with SAP using Integration Hub, custom connectors, and Event Management. The role involves designing and managing seamless data flows between ServiceNow and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow SAP integrations using Integration Hub, custom spokes/connectors, and MID Server.
• Manage bi-directional data flows between SAP and ServiceNow.
• Configure and maintain Event Management, including alert rules, connectors, event mapping, and correlation.
• Collaborate with SAP and ServiceNow teams to analyze requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Develop custom connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and handle data transformations.
• Troubleshoot and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Maintain proper documentation of designs, mappings, and flows.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, including code reviews and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

• 4-8 years of IT experience (minimum 4+ years in ServiceNow integration/development).
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and custom connector development.
• Proven experience in SAP–ServiceNow integrations (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).
• Knowledge of Event Management, CMDB, and Discovery in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, Webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, Basic Auth).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and security.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow MID Server configuration and monitoring.
• Knowledge of ITOM, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.
• Basic understanding of SAP data structures and modules.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA or Integration Hub Specialist (preferred).
