Role: Senior Event and Alert Management

Location Offshore Remote - Hyderabad or Chennai

Duration 12 month contract

Primary Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize EVM tools and systems to meet organizational needs.

• Collaborate with IT, business units, and support teams to align EVM solutions with strategic goals.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding team members and promoting best practices.

• Analyze event and alert data to reduce noise and improve system performance.

• Support project execution through planning, documentation, and delivery of EVM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Event and Alert Management technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty).

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Talent Needed for Success

• Strong proficiency in technical documentation, including job aids, process documents, and governance materials.

• Skilled in using Office applications, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty for event management and reporting.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends in event/alert data.

• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and convey technical insights clearly.
