Were looking for a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMDB and core ITSM modules, ensuring smooth operations, scalability, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Location - Pune - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Maintain and enhance CMDB data quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness of configuration items.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts to automate and optimize processes.
• Monitor platform health and performance, and proactively resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow modules and features in line with best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and user experience.
• Support system integrations (e.g., with Active Directory and monitoring tools).
• Build reports and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, support and development
• Strong experience of ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and its components.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting/configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) preferred.
