ServiceNow Developer
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid Onsite 2 days/week
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Long-term contract

Job Description:
The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with ITSM bureau personnel, System Specialists, SMEs. The developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations to support business needs within ETSO.
ServiceNow certification as a Certified Developer is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Customize core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
- Develop and maintain custom applications/modules using ServiceNow Studio.
- Create and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, and automated tasks.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Build reports, dashboards, and performance analytics widgets.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure code quality/security.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and architecture.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprints.
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms within a team environment.
