Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow technical lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
The successful candidate will drive platform enhancements through service-oriented upgrades and new feature implementations, including participation in regular system updates.
Key responsibilities include providing prompt and effective support for day-to-day operations, addressing technical issues, root cause analysis, and long-term resolution.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
You will also be responsible for documenting architectural designs, data flows, code, and configurations to maintain traceability and system integrity.
