We are building a modern data platform powering next-generation analytics to support ServiceNow's Cloud and AI growth.

The Staff Full-Stack Engineer will design, implement, and deliver core features for our multi-cloud and private cloud cost governance platform.

The primary focus will be on the BI platform layer.

You will collaborate closely with data engineering teams and work hands-on with cutting-edge tools and frameworks like Trino, dbt, Iceberg, and Lightdash.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact platform from an early stage.

• Feature Development: Design and implement FinOps-specific visualizations, dashboards, and integrations with production-ready quality.
• BI Platform Implementation: Build and enhance the business intelligence layer using Lightdash, focusing on cloud cost analytics and governance visualizations.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineering teams working on Trino, dbt, and Iceberg to ensure seamless integration with the BI layer.
