Job Summary A key leadership role is available for a seasoned professional with expertise in managing technical teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of consultants and developers focused on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that all resources are properly trained and utilized to deliver high-quality services. This leader will also promote the team's capabilities through pre-sales activities and drive the overall profitability of the team.
As a member of our management team, this individual will report to the Vice President of Services or Managing Director of Services. While this is a remote position, occasional travel to our headquarters may be required.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
