Expert ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to support our transition from an existing help desk system to ServiceNow. This role will focus on configuring modules, performing data mapping, CMDB setup, and integrating with other applications, ensuring seamless documentation and knowledge transfer at the end of the engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement ServiceNow modules.
• Set up and map data for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Develop comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations for post-implementation handoff.
• Assist in designing workflows, service catalog items, and employee self-service portal.
