We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to lead our delivery and presales efforts.

• Drive sales and solution activities to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to project strategy and deliverable planning to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop tailored solutions to address business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Work effectively with geographically diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• Evaluate business solutions and articulate them to client audiences to drive engagement.
• Provide product demos and support proof of concepts to demonstrate value.
• Communicate the impact of engagements on risks, business objectives, and quality goals to stakeholders.
• 13+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow presales.
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, AI Ops, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, HAM, SAM, SPM to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Technical knowledge in ServiceNow Platform, Workflows, Integrations to design and implement effective solutions.
• ServiceNow implementation experience and certifications to ensure expertise.
• Able to mentor, build teams, and work independently to achieve results.

Travel is required as necessary to meet customer needs.
