Experienced ServiceNow Architect Wanted

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and/or solution architecture, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of expected outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on best practices.
• Develop estimating models and resource plans to improve consistency of delivery.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring process for technical staff.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of ServiceNow development and/or solution architecture experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
• Broad and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep knowledge and expertise in one or two ServiceNow product areas.
• Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Micro-services architecture knowledge and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to design, architect and configure multiple applications/modules in the ServiceNow platform as well as to design, architect and configure complex integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
• A minimum of 8 or more major module implementations in the last three years, last two in an Architect role.
• Ideal candidate would possess a CSA, CAD and a minimum of two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and five micro-certifications.
