Senior ServiceNow Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across various modules.

About the Role

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients, ensuring alignment with their enterprise strategies.
• Leverage in-depth expertise in ServiceNow Architecture and Integration to drive IT operations, automation, and service delivery across the enterprise.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution architecture aligns with their objectives.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams, data models, and integration blueprints to support the development team.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators on best practices.
• Evaluate new features, plugins, and integrations, making recommendations for adoption.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, performance, and scalability through proper design.
• Oversee complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module - ITSM or ITOM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
• Exposure to AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow application development, scripting, and workflows.
• Experience designing and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
• Deep knowledge of platform architecture, MID servers, ACLs, and service portal design.
• Excellent customer skills, comfortable influencing senior executives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITOM integrations with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• ITIL v3 or v4 Certification a plus.

• Competitive salary range: $93,750 - $137,500 annually.
