Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.

• Develop and implement ITSM strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide expert-level guidance on ITSM-related implementation considerations.
• Work collaboratively with teams and clients to achieve project goals.
• Design, develop and deploy queries, reports and dashboards.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet business needs.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
• Develop scoped applications and service portals.
• Offer subject matter expertise and support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow System and experience with various technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML and REST, SOAP services etc.
