Job Title: ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to support our strategic HR transformation initiative.

• This role will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing workflows, and supporting integration efforts across platforms. Responsibilities:
• Lead the translation of functional HR requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Design and build complex ServiceNow HRSD workflows, including permissions and role-based access.
• Document integration requirements and data flows across systems.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists to hand off configuration-ready documentation.
• Drive and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and execution tracking.
• Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Requirements:
• 5 years of experience as a BSA, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration.
• Proven experience in workflow design and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
