ServiceNow/SharePoint Migration Expert

Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Migration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the migration of our enterprise applications from legacy systems to modern platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and operations, with expertise in ServiceNow and SharePoint. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and implement the migration strategy for multiple enterprise applications
• Design and develop custom workflows and integrations between ServiceNow and SharePoint
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during the migration process
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to support future migrations

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with a focus on ServiceNow and SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent) required, ServiceNow and SharePoint certifications a plus
