Job Description:
- Lead platform adoption, innovation, and strategic alignment across our FedRAMP Government divisions
- Combine technical expertise with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to champion the ServiceNow platform and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation
- Create automated testing disciplines to significantly reduce upgrade validation testing and overall sprint capacity spent on quality assurance tasks
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will challenge you to work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. You'll promote the strategic value of ServiceNow across business units, aligning capabilities with enterprise goals in ITSM, ITOM, APM, and more.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in systems engineering
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Automated Testing Framework, ITSM, ITOM, APM/Enterprise Architecture, and Platform Analytics
- JavaScript and API integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field
