ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description

A strong architect/developer will lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage. This person must have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply those processes within the ServiceNow platform.

• Coordinate with technical teams and present use cases.
• Provide expert guidance on implementing the solution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers and provide hands-on development support.
• Design software components from business requirements.
• Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements. Program Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design deployment strategies aligned with ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, reports, integrations, and custom app development using App Engine.
• Provide architectural guidance, hands-on development, and ongoing system maintenance using ServiceNow best practices.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, maintain testing protocols for upgrades, and ensure system performance meets operational targets.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, specifications, and operational procedures.
• Support the full software development lifecycle and contribute to project artifacts and continuous improvement initiatives.
