ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description

As a ServiceNow Architect/Developer at Maximus Aidvantage, you will lead the implementation, maintenance, and customization of the ServiceNow instance within our organization. You should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply those processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development support.
• Design software components from business requirements.
• Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

• At least five (7) years of IT experience in an enterprise environment. Additional Requirements:
