ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Maximus Aidvantage seeks an architect/developer to lead ServiceNow implementation and maintenance. This individual must have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and apply them within the ServiceNow platform.

• Customize, implement, and configure workflows, process automations, system notifications, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders, present use cases, and provide expert guidance on implementing solutions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn new ServiceNow offerings, overcome technical challenges, and provide hands-on development support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Create strategies and frameworks with clients.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers and provide hands-on development support.
• Design software components from business requirements.
• Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
