ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description:

Maximus Aidvantage seeks a strong architect/developer to lead the implementation, maintenance, and customization of the ServiceNow instance. This person should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply them within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development support.
• Design software components from business requirements.
• Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree. Program Specific Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• At least five (7) years of IT experience in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of proven architecture, functional, and technical knowledge, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow.
• Able to demonstrate experience using the App Engine Management Center.
• Proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting is crucial.
• Experience with key integration technologies is essential.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB.
• ServiceNow Implementation certification and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow performance, availability monitoring, and analysis as well as configuration management.
