We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of ServiceNow applications.

Job Summary

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. This includes translating complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Debug and fix technical problems.
• Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
• Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
• Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD
