Job Overview

Maximus Aidvantage is seeking a skilled ServiceNow architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance. This role requires expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes, as well as proficiency in customization, implementation, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities

• Oversee development teams to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs
• Create strategies and frameworks with clients
• Architect and design application solutions
• Guide developers
• Provide hands-on development support
• Design software components from business requirements
• Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree
