ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description:

Maximus Aidvantage seeks a strong architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance. This person must have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply those processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, reports, integrations, and custom app development using App Engine.
• Provide architectural guidance, hands-on development, and ongoing system maintenance using ServiceNow best practices.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, maintain testing protocols for upgrades, and ensure system performance meets operational targets.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, specifications, and operational procedures.
• Support the full software development lifecycle and contribute to project artifacts and continuous improvement initiatives.
