ServiceNow Architecture & Development Role

This position involves leading the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply these processes within the ServiceNow platform.

The key responsibilities include overseeing developers, designing and implementing critical functionality, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, providing architectural guidance, and troubleshooting deployment issues.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proven track records of multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
