Job Description

The Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will support the USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guides ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contributes ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration.
• Designs and develops queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Administers ServiceNow applications and updates security and workflow configurations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's with 3-5 years of experience or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 3 years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
