Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
- Managing and overseeing the lifecycle of incidents, problems, and changes within the ServiceNow ITSM framework.
- Developing, configuring, and maintaining the Service Catalog to ensure services are accurately represented and easily accessible to users.
- Maintaining and optimizing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing automated workflows within ServiceNow, integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications, and providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Extensive experience in developing, supporting, and administering ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
