ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description:

Maximus Aidvantage seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Developer to lead implementation, maintenance, and customization of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage. This person should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and apply those processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design deployment strategies aligned with ITSM/ITIL processes.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, reports, integrations, and custom app development using App Engine.

• Provide architectural guidance, hands-on development, and ongoing system maintenance using ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.

• Proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting is crucial.

• Experience with key integration technologies is essential.

• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB.
