Expert ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and architecture, with experience in managing CSDM, establishing and maintaining Data Governance standards, and implementing and augmenting the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with architecture knowledge.
• 4+ years of recent experience in hands-on coding - JavaScript preferred.
• Experience in managing CSDM & Data Governance standards.
• Experience in managing CMDB health.
• Diverse experience in implementing and augmenting the ServiceNow platform in areas such as ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, Onboarding/Offboarding, Integrations, NowAssist & AI in ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in leading, managing, or mentoring development teams.
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly desirable.
