IT Service Management Specialist Role

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing IT service management systems utilizing ServiceNow as the primary platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet organizational objectives.

• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Customize core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB to meet organizational needs
• Implement workflow automation, business rules, and UI actions to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, and provide guidance on best practices
• Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions through thorough testing and validation
• Provide technical expertise to support incident and problem management processes
