ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst position available. The pay range for this position is $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr.
This is a fully remote, W2 only position that offers benefits. Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience with Request Management, including Employee Center, NowMobile, Agent Mobile, and Service Requests. A broad general understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Asset and Config, SPM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM is also required.
- Must have experience with Request Management to include Employee Center NowMobile, Agent Mobile and Service Requests.
- Broad general understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Asset and Config, SPM, HAM, SAM, ITSM
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field is preferred.
- ITIL4 Foundation experience and/or Certification
- 2 to 4 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, as a technical analyst or admin preferred. BA experience is required.
- Experience working in and with agile teams is required.
- Keen eye for gaps, complexity reduction, and simplification without compromising requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organized, and self-starter with the ability to function autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within product and technical teams, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strong facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to business leaders and stakeholders is required
- Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve conflicts and priorities.
- Use technology to improve business processes and enable our fellow employees. Seniority level and Employment type
