Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and skilled ServiceNow Implementation Expert to join our remote team. This position is perfect for someone eager to deliver outstanding solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform, focusing on areas such as ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB implementations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow modules, ensuring smooth integration and maximum value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure various ServiceNow modules, potentially including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Design and deploy comprehensive solutions based on ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain the CMDB to ensure accurate data modeling and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop thorough documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and certifications.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with multiple modules including (all not required):
• ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management)
• ITSM
• CMDB
• APM (Application Portfolio Management)
• HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as:
• SAM (Software Asset Management)
• APM
• HAM
• ITOM
• CMDB
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
