Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and skilled ServiceNow Consultant to become a key member of our remote team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch solutions using the ServiceNow platform, particularly focusing on ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB implementations. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow modules while ensuring smooth integration and maximum value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure various ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Design and deliver comprehensive solutions utilizing ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and work closely with stakeholders to create tailored solutions.
• Oversee and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate data modeling and integration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop essential documentation including technical specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Keep abreast of updates, features, and certifications related to ServiceNow. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with various ServiceNow modules, ideally including ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, APM, and HAM.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as SAM, APM, HAM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
