Job Summary

Solution architects will play a critical role in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and flexible ServiceNow configurations.
• Develop integration strategies to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Qualifications
• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
• Proven expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, and Security Operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
