ServiceNow Architect

This is a key role at DMI, where you will lead the delivery and future state solution of a large-scale ServiceNow initiative. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and design standards.
• Lead alignment across applications, infrastructure, and services.
• Architect integrations (directory/identity, monitoring/event management, ERP/finance, endpoint management tools).
• Establish and enforce development best practices: security, ACL/RBAC, Flow Designer, ATF, release pipelines.
• Guide product owners, developers, and admins; approve solution designs.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
• Build dashboards that show operational value and outcomes (not just activity).
• Reduce technical debt; streamline change/incident/problem workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Required Skills/Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Minimum 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years acting as a ServiceNow Architect or Design Authority
• Deep expertise in:
• ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/Request)
• ITOM
• ITAM
• Security operations
• Strategic portfolio management
• IntegrationHub & Flow Designer
• Strong understanding of non-functional requirements: performance, security, upgradeability, and release management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.

Preferred Experience:

• ServiceNow support for a large enterprise or public-sector environment
• Platform automation: Automated Test Framework (ATF), pipelines, CI/CD
• Service Mapping, ITOM, Performance Analytics Preferred (any of the following): Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM / Discovery / CMDB / CSDM Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - highly preferred ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
