Enterprise Solutions Specialist

Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled developer to join our team and help us leverage the power of ServiceNow and Workfront to drive business success. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement custom solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and automations in both ServiceNow and Workfront
• Design scalable integrations using RESTful APIs between ServiceNow, Workfront, and enterprise systems
• Translate stakeholder requirements into reliable, secure, and efficient platform solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform performance and data integrity
• Document architecture, solutions, and workflows for team use and governance

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

• 4+ years of combined experience with ServiceNow and/or Workfront platforms
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, and Business Rules for ServiceNow
• Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion, templates, forms, and report configuration
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations
