Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Architect/Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing critical functionality and proof-of-concepts (POCs). They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop ServiceNow Configurations: Create and implement customized ServiceNow configurations that align with our organizational goals.
• Develop and Maintain Processes and Procedures: Design and maintain comprehensive processes and procedures for incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide expertise on ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
• Mentor and Guide Colleagues: Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to implement and maintain ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• Strong Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL Processes: In-depth understanding of IT service management and ITIL principles is essential for this role.
• Experience with ServiceNow Implementation: Proven track record of implementing ServiceNow instances and configuring custom modules.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
