ServiceNow Strategic Advisor

Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to join our team as a strategic advisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, working closely with stakeholders to establish technical guidance, standards, and designs.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, analysts, and developers to establish strategic guidance, technical roadmap, standards, and designs for the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem.
• Develop documentation of integration processes, solutions, and design decisions for future reference and use by other engineers.
• Evaluate and recommend ServiceNow-related products and services from vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domain and industry news, innovations, and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent job experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• ServiceNow Architect certification(s), primarily Certified Technical Architect with Certified Implementation Specialty in ITSM and Certified Application Developer.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow development and architecture, including data structure, CMDB, creating workflows, process automation, scripting, and Flow designer.
• Excellent verbal, written, visual communication, and influential 'storytelling' skills.
• Demonstrated experience interacting, partnering, and influencing at all levels of an organization.
• Able to manage own work time, priorities, and responsibilities under aggressive timelines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
