- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities across NDBS-supported industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow's platform, demonstrating how it addresses complex business and operational requirements.
- Work closely with NDBS Account Executives (AEs) and internal teams to drive ServiceNow opportunities in new and existing accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and client engagement.
