As a seasoned ServiceNow Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will lead end-to-end project management of enterprise ITSM platform implementations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project/Program management activities such as project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

This is a full-time position offering salary + benefits. We prefer candidates who are US citizens, Green Card holders, or EAD holders.
