Cloud Computing Leader

Lead the Way:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and maintenance of a ServiceNow instance. This includes designing, developing, testing, and implementing critical functionality and POCs, collaborating with clients to create strategies and frameworks, architecting and designing application solutions, guiding developers, providing hands-on development support, designing software components from business requirements, and documenting and diagramming application functionality from business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with key integration technologies and proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB
• ServiceNow Implementation certification and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow performance, availability monitoring, and analysis as well as configuration management
• Ability to obtain government clearance and pass a criminal background check
