GovCIO is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced operations and maintenance environment.

• Drive ATF QA efforts across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify, document, and track defects, drive resolution and retesting
• Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and quality standards
• Provide QA expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery phases
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and tools
