Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services industry, is seeking a dedicated Integration SME – ServiceNow/Workday (Copilot Studio) to join their dynamic team. As an Integration SME – ServiceNow/Workday (Copilot Studio), you will be an integral part of the IT Solutions Department supporting the ServiceNow and Workday platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Integration SME – ServiceNow/Workday (Copilot Studio)

Location: Redmond, WA - Remote

Pay Range: $73.83 - $80.hr on Experis W2 (Benefits and PTO)

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and Workday platforms to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Document integration processes and provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and platform enhancements to recommend improvements.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience with ServiceNow and Workday integration projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Hard Skills

• 4+ years Deep expertise in configuring and integrating ServiceNow or Workday
• 10+ years in a customer facing role, Ability to guide enterprise customers through complex technical solutions, including workshops and enablement.
• 2+ years experience working with conversational AI platforms, preferably Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building and extending AI agents.
