What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Assist in mapping existing processes to ServiceNow solutions and identify optimization opportunities
- Propose improvements and automation to enhance efficiency within ServiceNow
- Maintain communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10 to 12 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, and GRC
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and reports
- Fluent in German and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
