What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Assist in mapping existing processes to ServiceNow solutions and identify optimization opportunities
• Propose improvements and automation to enhance efficiency within ServiceNow
• Maintain communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 10 to 12 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, and GRC
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and reports
• Fluent in German and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
